I. Requests

1. No follow up from Show Choir from last month

2. Activities Banquet $2,200

3. Comp gym mural $5,000

Motion was made to give $6,000 to athletic director to use as he sees needed for the activities banquet and mural.

II. Golf outing

Board members were assigned follow up calls for sponsorship

Lisa Brandecker ordering new banner

Bill Marlow putting together 4some hole assignments

Chad/Kristie working on video to show during program for fund a need

III. By Law/policy review

Tabled until after the golf outing

Need budgeting, sponsorship and signage policies
