I. Requests

1. Elementary Phy Ed 4th & 5th grade track meet

approved $325 for transportation and ribbons

2. Lincoln Center track board

approved $189 for new board for 4th grade

3. Show Choir $20,000 (transportation $3,500; costumes $10,938; music copy rights $3,000; competition fees $2,500)

Volleyball uniforms being funded from athletic director’s allotment

II. Derby fundraiser was cancelled this year due to conflicts for planners and lack of interest in attendance.

III. Web site

Discussed officer email access

User friendly form for registration process for events

IV. Golf outing July 18

Sponsorship letters and dinner/golf invites will go out this month

Board member follow up will be assigned at the May meeting

Golf item give away will be a cooler bag (asking Croatian Hall to sponsor)

There will be no silent auction this year

Conducting “fund a need” during the program instead
